As the Senior Designer, I led the design team's efforts to drive engagement and expand EMILYs List's audience and reach. I developed strategies for staying updated with design trends and crafted graphic content that grew and educated EL's audience, earning millions of hits of engagement and helping increase the audience by 61% in my tenure.

Lead Designer + Social Media + Animation + Email Marketing

By incorporating animations, gifs, and custom illustrations into the strategy, I was able to create content that not only captured viewers' attention but also encouraged them to share with their networks. These efforts resulted in increased engagement and a significant impact on the respective platforms. Celebrities, authors, news sites, magazines, and congresspeople have reposted these designs which provided reach into new audiences.

Working closely in collaboration with the email team to design fundraising emails and invitations, I balanced engaging visuals and persuasive calls to action to an email audience of 7 million. As the lead designer, I worked to creatively ensure that each email was unique and eye-catching, and resonated with a wide and diverse audience, quickly becoming an industry leader in graphic email fundraising.
